OBJECTIVE: The challenge for Tripadvisor for Business is the simultaneous migration of their website from WordPress to HubSpot, alongside transitioning the email marketing platform. With both systems shifting and a rebrand underway, there’s a need to create comprehensive guides to ensure a smooth pivot from the old branding to the new, while maintaining consistency across all channels during the migration process.

CREATIVE STRATEGY: The team will use the Tripadvisor for Business branding guides to align the website and email migration, ensuring consistent application of the new design across all touchpoints. Flexible, modular email templates will simplify implementation while adapting to HubSpot’s functionality. Continuous collaboration between design, marketing, and development will ensure a smooth, efficient migration that stays true to Tripadvisor’s refreshed brand identity.
