OBJECTIVE: With a diverse array of hospitality products available, Tripadvisor struggled to effectively communicate the unique differences and values of each offering. Compounded by the challenges of COVID-19, which restricted live interactions and in-person demonstrations, there was an urgent need for an educational and sales tool that succinctly conveyed the value propositions to prospective owners interested in purchasing Tripadvisor’s hospitality solutions.



CREATIVE STRATEGY: In response to these challenges and budget constraints, we embraced a creative approach by producing animated videos that aligned with Tripadvisor’s recent rebranding. These engaging animations allowed us to visually illustrate the distinct benefits of each product without the need for live actors. By combining eye-catching graphics with clear messaging, we created an educational resource that not only informed potential customers but also resonated with them on a deeper level, making the decision-making process both simple and compelling.
