PROBLEM: Tripadvisor lacked a comprehensive B2B platform, causing hospitality owners confusion about products offered and their synergies. Its marketing capabilities were limited in generating awareness, distributing content, and improving A/B testing and organic search visibility. The goal was to modernize lead generation to better attract and nurture prospects.
CREATIVE STRATEGY: The solution was to create a comprehensive marketing ecosystem that unifies Tripadvisor for Business under the "One Tripadvisor" brand. This new design will replace outdated visuals, delivering seamless customer journeys across the marketing funnel with both paid and organic strategies. The focus is on building and optimizing a robust marketing engine, integrating SEO, CRM, lead collection, A/B testing, paid media, tracking, and attribution for streamlined data flow and improved accuracy.
