OBJECTIVE: The design team faced the challenge of creating new UI illustrations for nearly 9 products at one time, making it difficult to manage and track active or accuracy of files. We needed a streamlined process to boost efficiency and standardize common elements.

CREATIVE STRATEGY: To solve this issue would focus on standardization and efficiency. First, we’d conduct a thorough audit of all UI illustrations to identify recurring elements. Then, we’d establish a central, easily accessible design library with categorized, reusable assets for each product. This library would be consistently updated and integrated into the team’s workflow, ensuring quick access and eliminating redundant design work. The goal is to maintain design consistency across products while streamlining collaboration and delivery for cross-functional teams.ving growth in 2022 and beyond.
